THE MONTH OF TISHREI
THE MONTH OF THE STRONG
The Hebrew month of Tishrei is referred to in the Bible as "the month of the strong" or "the month of the ancients." Tishrei is the seventh month of the year and represents completion and fullness. The Fall Feasts occur during the month of Tishrei, including the Feasts of Trumpets, Atonement and Tabernacles.
As we recognize God's redemptive plan for each month, we should declare that plan and walk it out in the earth realm. The Fall Feasts point us to the redemptive plan of God and is a time of returning to God and experiencing His fullness and His glory in our lives.

Tishrei is the month of Ephraim, the second son of Joseph and represents fruitfulness and multiplication. It is the month of the Head of the Year, Rosh Hashanah. God has instructed us to feast. We will encounter the three feasts and be reminded that this is the time that God will provide in a new way. Just as this month reminds us of reflected light, it signifies the reflected light of the moon. This reflected light affects our environment, the way crops grow, the way we harvest, the way we work and the way we process time.
The letter LAMED signifies the desire to return to our absolute source. Tishrei is the month associated with LAMED, thus we can decree to the things that have been scattered and decree that they will be returned to us. It is also a month associated with touch. We should press in just as the woman who touched the hem of Jesus' garment. Ask the Lord to show you how to press in and touch that place that He has for you this year.
